    • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
    • Clearance and promotional items (unless defective).
  3. Refund Process
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
    • In case of exchange, a replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is verified.
